Digital goods
Everything sold here is a digital good: a redemption code delivered to the email address given at checkout. Nothing is shipped, and the codes are the whole of what you receive. Prices are shown in US dollars and are paid in the stablecoin and on the network selected at checkout.
Delivery
Codes are emailed automatically once the payment is confirmed on-chain, which normally takes a few minutes. Delivery is complete when that email is sent to the address you provided, so please check the address before paying — and check your spam folder after.
Refunds
Because the codes can be read the moment they are delivered, all sales are final and there are no refunds once codes have been emailed. The exception is non-delivery: if a confirmed payment never produces codes, we will deliver them or refund the payment in full. Refunds are made in the same stablecoin and on the same network as the original payment.
Wrong network or wrong token
Send only the token shown at checkout, on one of the listed networks, to the exact deposit address given for your order. Sending a different token, sending on a network that was not offered, or sending to an address from a different order can put the funds beyond automatic recovery. If that happens, contact support with the transaction hash and we will try to recover the payment, but recovery may not be possible and any refund would deduct the on-chain costs of doing so.
Underpayment and overpayment
Orders are credited automatically against the exact amount shown. A payment that is short by more than the displayed tolerance is held for manual review rather than delivered partially; a payment that is too large is credited for the order total and the excess is held for review.
